Entities with legal personality
According to paragraph 5a paragraph 4 of the Federal Offices Act, the establishment of entities with legal personality must, in addition to publication in the Federal Law Gazette, also be announced on the Ministry's website.
The attached announcement concerns the establishment of entities with legal personality at the Federal Office for Water Management and at the Federal Institute for Agricultural Economics and Mountain Farming.
