The Ombudsman Office, along with its Citizen Service team, is happy to address your concerns and questions regarding agriculture and forestry, climate and environmental protection, regions, and water management.
Your inquiries regarding agriculture and forestry, climate and environmental protection, regions, and water management are answered by the Ombudsman Office in close cooperation with experts from the Federal Ministry.

Please note, however, that the Ombudsperson’s Office cannot exert any influence on the following facts:
- Pending proceedings
- Effective administrative orders
- Change of existing rule of law
Our documentation service offers a wide variety of technical information on the topics of the Ministry, which is available as download. If printed versions exist, they can be ordered at service@bmluk.gv.at.
Moreover, publications of the Ministry are also available at the library database BIS-C 2000 of the company DABIS (society for database information systems).
