The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Climate- and Environmental Protection, Regions and Water Management is the legal successor to the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology and is therefore the competent authority according to Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012.
