The previous annex to the Biocidal Products Act Fee Tariff Ordinance will expire on January 1, 2021, and will be replaced by the Biocidal Products Fee Tariff (BPGT), which is published here on the website of the Federal Ministry and on the website of the Federal Environment Agency.
