Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

The Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) evaluates the environmental impacts of planning in order to give environmental considerations the same weight as economic and social aspects. It can be applied to all upstream planning activities, such as policies, programs, plans, or legislative proposals (PPP).
