EU & International affairs

Agriculture is primarily regulated by the EU’s CAP. Representing agricultural interests in the EU, in international organizations, and in trade agreements with other countries is therefore important. Austria is interested in functional and fair EU regulations, international rules, and trade agreements. Fisheries and the protection of the seas are also regulated at the EU level.
