RAPEX procedure / Safety Gate procedure

In the calendar years 2017–2022, a number of monitoring measures were carried out in Austria under the RAPEX system based on Directive 2001/95/EC (EUR-Lex) on general product safety and Regulation (EC) Number 765/2008 (EUR-Lex) laying down the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products.
