Direct Payments, Conditionality, and INVEKOS from 2023

The reformed Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the period 2023–2027 came into effect on 1 January 2023. Implementation in Austria is carried out through the national CAP Strategic Plan and the Market Organisation Act: a comprehensive program that, for the first time, links direct payments and sectoral measures of Pillar 1 with the instruments of Pillar 2.
